Services

  • This project involves creating the Help Centre for NYC immigrants due to Wars where they can get human, seeking job, educational, and community development services:

    -English courses with teachers who know Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish and can help people who do not know English cope with problems they may face initially.

    -Different trainings, lectures, meetings, and consultations to help immigrants find jobs or get affordable housing.

    -Assistance in applying for affordable housing for people who don't know English.

    -Assistance in creating resumes and cover letters.

    -A dispute club, a platform for empowering immigrants to resolve various issues, is currently in operation. (These issues can range from labor legislation, human rights, credit usage, starting one's own business, entrepreneurship, NYC taxes, opportunities for new immigrants, etc.).

  • Program of support for kids and teenagers.

    The program includes:

    1. Puppets Show and unique internet content for kids:

    - Popularization of Ukrainian fairy tales.

    - Educational shows and internet content for kids.

    2. Social Literacy pieces of training in clubs and unique internet content for teenagers about The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Employee Rights in NY, and Financial and Environmental literacy.

  • Program "Activities for 55+" includes daily walks, picnics, education tours through NYS, lectures on health and nutrition, and dancing with professionals.

    Despite the lack of funds due to the need for help for immigrants, our organization now works mainly by volunteering,
